Greetings, colleagues! A week ago, with the team carried out the installation of an autonomous sewer near St. Petersburg. Previously, we have already encountered the “Tanks” and other similar stations popular in the market, and everything is clear there. But then I looked at the SANI, which was mounted and saw that there was nothing in it. All cleaning is only due to the pump, which delivers air inside.

We talked with the customer and he explained that it cleans effluents up to 98%, as well as more advanced equipment.

So here. Are there owners of the SANI station or who have heard of it? Very interesting, does it really work well?

    Good afternoon, Michael. The design itself is robust and easily withstands soil pressure in winter. Made of reinforced fiberglass, and seamlessness provides additional rigidity.

    The degree of purification in the stations occurs identically expensive: mechanical (sediment) and biological (aerobic bacteria). Actually, air is supplied for this, ensuring their vital functions. Yes, indeed 98% wastewater treatment.

    You probably were interested in the shape of the septic tank. It is ideal for heaving soils. Standard service, once a year a suction tank is required for pumping sludge. It is formed as a result of the activity of aerobic bacteria and rinse the compressor filter at least once a month. At this, the service of the septic tank ends, as you correctly noticed, there is nothing to break into it. The only caveat: it should be possible to approach the car.

    Septic tanks Sani are available in two versions: self-flowing and designed for high groundwater. Stations for high groundwater are additionally equipped with a check valve on the discharge line and another pump, which ensures the discharge of treated effluents into the ditch.

    We highlight the main advantages of the septic tank Sani:

    - occupies a small area under itself, due to its geometric shape;
    - suitable for heaving soils;
    - made of a material not subject to corrosion and aggressive environment, which is encountered during operation;
    - reliable in work. Largely due to the lack of electronics;
    - simple maintenance. Calling specialists once a year;
    - relative cheapness.A self-made option, designed for permanent residence of up to five people, costs about 80,000 rubles.

    The disadvantage is that in the event of a compressor shutdown, the throughput is significantly reduced, and with a long absence of aeration, the bacteria will die. The problem is solved by buying a new jar of aerobic bacteria.

    From personal experience, over the past two years 7 such stations of various sizes have been installed. There were no complaints from customers.
