In 2012, he dismantled a hundred-year-old closed fireplace for 9 moves (chimneys were destroyed), and assembled it for 5 moves (+1 tile corridor). Everything is working fine.

Now I want to make a warm floor from flue gases, with natural draft. I plan to install the boiler on wood - the first move is classic up, the second move under the floor 20x20 cm, also make a horizontal chimney 30x30 cm with a coil. All this is made of red and refractory bricks. Also cover with a thick galvanized sheet, with locking revisions at the corners + make sealing joints.

Put 5 cm of non-combustible mines on top. cotton wool, logs, and a wooden floor. Vertical chimney of the third channel with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 6 meters ...

I ask for an expert opinion on the size of the channel of the horizontal coil, and if someone made a warm floor from chimney gases, then constructive advice, if that was essential, was overlooked. Thank.

Hello. In fact, you have chosen a rather complicated version of a warm floor. Apart from the complexity of the project itself and its subsequent installation, the difficulty lies in the fact that now there are few experts specifically on the warm floor of flue gases. In general, the underfloor heating from the stove has been known since ancient Rome, and even in tsarist Russia this was a fairly common decision распростран

In practice, I know solutions with a chimney in the floor for stoves that heat the floor, about fireplaces - I have not seen such solutions. A few years ago, he helped in the installation of a rocket furnace; ordinary steel twisted air ducts for floor heating were used as chimneys. To be honest, it will be more practical, more profitable and safer to implement an electric or water floor heating ...

Maybe someone from other readers of the site can advise you something, our team of specialists is unfortunately not competent in your matter.
