First, the threshold of the bath door was swollen, they removed it and found that the cement layer between the tile and the floor was wet, water was oozing. They removed the toilet - everything is fine there. We have a valve installed on the sewer pipe, a locksmith said that maybe it is condensation from it under the tile. Could this be? And because of what else can water appear there?

Hello. We don’t see photo materials from you, but I’ll assume (almost 100% certainty) that condensation from the toilet to the floor under the tiles in the entire bathroom certainly does not affect it.

My opinion is that under the bathroom you have a subfloor or basement. Or emptiness. A dew point falls directly onto your concrete screed, so you have it wet under the tile. High-quality ventilation of the underfloor and insulation of the floor from below will solve the problem. Do not - there will be mold.
