Good afternoon. It is necessary to separate 2 heated towel rails from the riser of the hot water supply PP with a diameter of 40, they will be on the same wall but in different rooms. The trouble is that one with a side connection and the other with a bottom connection. From the riser, both will be located 1 meter.

Good afternoon, Dmitry. To work, you need to connect in series, without tees.
In my opinion, it is more practical in a room with a DHW riser to connect with a side. Then go to the next room immediately connect the bottom, and go back, connecting to the riser. In the second room, the pipes will not be visible at all, and in the first return line from the second, hide in the gate and nicely lead out near the riser.
Depending on the size of heated towel rails, 90 degrees. it will take 3 or 5 pieces.
