Good afternoon! When the boiler was working, an automatic machine (32A) began to knock out. When the water has cooled, turn it on - it works. After a little work, he knocks out again. In recent days, knocks out immediately when turned on even with absolutely cold water. Why is that? Tell me please. Thank.

    Good afternoon, Alexander.

It is simply impossible to unambiguously determine the cause of the operation of the circuit breaker according to your information. Therefore, I will assume that the power supply of your home is single-phase, and the boiler is connected to an opening house shield that has an opening machine. The scheme is attached after the comment.

Through a machine with a rating of 32A, you can connect a boiler with a capacity of 7 kilowatts. Check the power of your boiler on the passport. If it is close to 7 kilowatts, then replacing the machine with a switch with a large rated current - 40 amperes can help.

To make sure that the wiring to the boiler, the boiler itself is working, you can experiment - connect the boiler bypassing the 32-amp circuit breaker, after disconnecting the input circuit breaker. When you turn on, look at the reaction of the counter - if the disk starts to "spin" madly, it means that the wiring to the boiler or the boiler itself is faulty.

By the way, if the counter disk is somewhat accelerated, and the input circuit breaker holds, you can estimate the power consumed by the wiring-boiler chain (you need to calculate the power consumed, for example in 5 minutes. Multiplying this value by 12, you get the actual boiler power. Compare the fact with the passport - it may turn out that the machine is a little lacking).

Among the reasons may be a wiring failure. Throw temporary barracks from the 32A machine to the boiler - if this option does not cause a shutdown, then the wiring is to blame. Will have to replace it. If it still knocks out, then the boiler is to blame. I do not recommend repairing it myself.

By the way, the 32A machine may also be a weak link - before all experiments, try replacing it with a similar new one.
