A turbo deflector for a septic tank is not quite a good solution, although this device is really designed to pump air and increase traction in the system. The main disadvantage of a turbo deflector in your case is its low productivity. The rotation speed of the deflector housing is 3-6 revolutions per second, which is not enough to pump such an air flow that will provide high-quality aeration.

If you have electricity on the site, then it is better to purchase a compressor to pump air into the septic tank. The equipment will sufficiently saturate the effluent with oxygen, which is necessary for anaerobic bacteria.
