    Water consumption rates for various water consumers, including public catering enterprises, are regulated by SNiP 2.04.01-85 *. In Appendix No. 3 in the table in the column “Water Consumers” line 20 the norms of water consumption for restaurants are given depending on the features of the work. The norm is calculated for 1 conventional dish.

    You can perform a detailed calculation of water consumption for your restaurant using the document “Methodology for Determining the Estimated Costs of Water and Sewage in the Water Supply and Sewerage System of Buildings and Structures” developed by the Federal Autonomous Institution “Federal Center for Standardization, Standardization and Conformity Assessment in Construction”. The calculation procedure for the restaurant (dining room) is contained in paragraph 5.3.1.
