    Good afternoon, Dmitry.

First you need to understand the reason for high humidity.

    1. With your area there is a feeling that the ventilation does not work. Check the cravings, bring a piece of newspaper to the air vent and see if it pulls inward or not. If there is no traction, do the procedure with the window open. In the case of the same result, this will mean that the ventilation channel is clogged. Call chimneys, they will clean. If, on the contrary, it pulls inward, it means reverse thrust. Set forced exhaust with check valve and turn on to remove humid air.

Fundamentally, the issue of reverse thrust is solved only by increasing the length of the chimney on the roof and deflector installation. If all is well with the ventilation work, look for the reason further.

    2. The next most common problem is windows. Perhaps the cheapest are installed, the issue can be resolved by replacing the glass units with energy-efficient ones. A good double-glazed window consists of three glasses, one of which should be energy-saving. The presence of such glass is determined using a candle or a lighter. Bring the lit candle to the glass and look at the reflection. The number of lights is the number of glasses, the color of one light in the reflection should be purple (means the presence of energy-saving glass). If all three are the same, then ordinary inefficient glasses are standing. For clarity, see Figure 1.

There may also be a problem in the slopes - the foam has collapsed and there is a void. If the slopes are made of drywall, see Figure 2. Check the integrity of the slopes is also necessary from the street.

    3. Lastly, look for a problem in the insufficient thermal insulation of walls and floors (only if the apartment is located on the 1st floor).

Installation of supply valves in an apartment of 25 m2 is impractical. The existing ventilation ducts should be enough for you. You can install micro-ventilation on the windows, thereby getting the required amount of fresh air.

A hygrometer will help ease the fight against high humidity (Figure 3).You can always understand the change in humidity and the effect of the actions taken.
