Hello. There are special sensors with which you can record the temperature. You can read more about this in detail. here. If you need to record readings in a specific period of time, then these options are in thermostats, but not in all models. I can also recommend digital temperature sensors in which you can implement the function of recording temperature readings.
If you need specific models, I can recommend the temperature sensor EVM-04 with a wired interface. In the attached photo, I added a table with the technical characteristics of the equipment and its appearance. It is fastened with a screw spring clip. This sensor displays the current values in the heating system, and also stores hourly and daily average readings. Data is transmitted via the M-Bus.
