At the same time, the consumed gas can be paid in any way convenient for you, including by credit card without charging a fee using the “Personal Account” service on the website».

In fact, here they rave, but do not hide, as you can see, that their requirements are RECOMMENDative in nature, and not mandatory. As far as I heard, they can only be obligated to install such meters from July 1, and so far the project is related to MKD and not to private houses. Moreover, the installation there will be carried out during the overhaul and design of engineering systems under construction and not at the expense of consumers (but we will wait / see).
