Greetings! We bought a house with connected natural gas in 1998. The pipe supplying this house, as well as the neighboring house, was laid on the territory of my site. During the reconstruction of the house, part of the common pipe was inside the extension to the house. Gas workers say the pipe needs to be moved outside the extension. I do not mind, only at whose expense should this be done?

Good afternoon, Vladislav. Unfortunately, at your expense, since the violation of the requirements occurred through your fault. Initially, you were required to contact the gas industry.

I will note the generally loyal attitude of the gas industry. They had every right to additionally apply penalties for unauthorized interference.
